By downloading or using Spectroom, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Spectroom is a mobile application that helps parents and caregivers create visual routines and social stories for children, including children with developmental differences such as autism spectrum disorder. The app provides structured step-by-step visual sequences to help children prepare for and navigate everyday activities.

Always consult qualified professionals (pediatricians, therapists, special education specialists) for guidance specific to your child's needs.
Spectroom is intended for use by adults — parents, caregivers, and educators. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the app. The app is designed to be used by adults with children, not by children independently.
Milan Tomáš grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Spectroom on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its content.
You retain full ownership of any content you create within the app — routines, photos, and voice recordings. This content is stored locally on your device. We have no access to it and make no claim over it.
You are responsible for ensuring any photos or recordings you add to the app are appropriate and that you have the right to use them.
Spectroom includes pictograms from the Mulberry Symbols set, © Straight Street, licensed under CC BY-SA 2.0 UK. Attribution is displayed within the app.
Spectroom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Milan Tomáš shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any).
We may update the app or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when Terms change.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
